How beautiful is this family??! Nick and Eleni’s baby girl, Zoi’s smile melts our hearts!
These two lovelies, Debi & Eleni, always inspire us. Eleni’s design this year inspired the Beloved Collection with pretty cross and lace details.
A Princess request was full of icy blue sparkles and ribbons.
Tommy loves to ice skate and his custom request was of course Hockey inspired!
Leo’s Leaping Frog candle had an adorable chubby frog on it with coordinating ribbons.
Timo plays soccer so it was only fitting that his candle be soccer inspired.
We received so many request for sport candles this year and we thought what better way to combine two favorites for this request, little figures and basketball!
This character collection kicked off with this Mickey request.
This little guy LOVES his video game and what better way to make him smile than with a custom candle in bright, vibrant colors.
This year marked our most successful year on our Etsy Shop !
We were so pleased to see our repeating loyal clients as well as so many new clients purchase candles for their Godchildren. We were able to create some fun custom orders this year as well and we can’t wait to see what requests come through next year! Thank you all for your continued support and love.
Wishing everyone a very happy weekend!
xoxo,

Special Thank You to Eleni and Dina for sending photos:)
Spring has Sprung and what a wonderful time of the year it is! Thalia’s mom, Tina, wanted a fun and spring event for her daughter’s Baptism celebration with a pink and teal color palette in mind and cherry blossoms. We were excited to come up with a pretty event design for her and what better way to celebrate a Spring event than with teal and pink birdhouses and lots of spring blooms?!
The event kicked off with our custom made favors in burlap and place cards, with lace and ribbon details, placed on the welcome table with a birdhouse and tree moment. From there the room was filled with mason jars, used to create wonderful clusters of flowers around various birdhouses, in the perfect shade of teal. Little pink birds and butterflies were placed throughout the decor and the tall cherry blossom branches added height since the main ball room at The Glen Club has such high ceilings.
Since we love custom details, we had coordinating table number frames with Japanese decorative cherry blossom fine paper backing, lace covered votive candle holders and of course lots of pretty ribbon and burlap details around the glass pieces. The same details were found at the well wish vase and baby Thalia’s name used as a focal point on the dessert table.
Pretty blooms and little pink bows for Anna and Stathi’s sweet baby shower. The invitations kicked off the whole event with a beautiful lavender and pink color palette and floral design print. The coordinating favor boxes and tags were placed on lavender linen napkins and the floral centerpieces were full of pretty pink and lavender blooms!
The mommy-to-be was glowing and the dessert table was filled with lots of sweet goodies, the makings of a fun and celebratory event! We are so happy to announce the couple had their healthy baby girl and she is too CUTE!! Wishing them many more sweet and happy moments.
When I first met Deana to plan her bridal shower, she had already started collecting vintage tea pieces so her tea party bridal shower themed event started with gorgeous found pieces. The room at Belvedere Banquets is a very neutral room so we worked with a soft color palette with beautiful pops of gold and white pieces.
From there we continued the search for beautiful pieces that tied into the theme and worked with soft colored roses of all types. We made our favorite lace and burlap runners again, to add a pop of texture to the ivory linens. The small floral arrangements were filled with fresh moss and of course our favorite, hanging fresh green amaranthus from the tea pots. The table number frames were replaced by vintage tea plates to add to the overall design.
Deana and her mom were so wonderful to work with and Deana looked absolutely gorgeous on her special day. The sweetest part of the event were the individual bundt cakes found at each guest’s seat-so cute and so DELICIOUS! The overall eclectic theme came together nicely for an afternoon tea party!
Wishing the happy couple a wonderful wedding and a lifetime of happiness and love!!

Olive branches, red pomegranates, pink and red garden roses…all of baby Zoi’s event design elements were natural and put together to create a girly picture perfect event! The event took place at Andiamo’s with beautiful views of the Detroit riverfront.
We kicked off the event with the welcome table filled with the hanging favors of traditional Jordan Alomonds, wrapped in layers of tulle and coordinating hanging ribbons with pomegranate charms and place cards. From there, tapper candles were used throughout the room with gold candle holders and small clusters of floral. Vintage brass candle holders were found throughout the honor table and vintage like vases filled with red and pink roses. The natural green runner was made of fresh eucalyptus and olive branches.
The tables around the room were all a bit different with the same idea in mind, all with fresh pomegranate fruit! The combination of mercury vases, glass vases and candle holders added to the overall eclectic and natural event design. All the table numbers were attached to little bottles filled with olive oil and had ribbon details.
The cake, designed by the talented Love & Buttercream bakery chef, Brooke was just PERFECT! The sugar pomegranate on top and the whole cake itself was too beautiful to eat, but trust me, it was delicious!
The guest of honor was a perfect lady throughout her whole Baptism service and smiled throughout the reception and only took a little bit of nap to regroup:) Wishing baby Zoi congratulations on her special day and a big thank you to our friends Eleni and Nick for having us! Have a great weekend everyone!
